Client Area, cPanel, email or website: choose the right sign-in

The same domain name can be associated with several tools. Your Nuagerie service access, hosting panel, mailbox and website administration serve different purposes. Identifying the right account helps you avoid changing a password that will not resolve the problem.

Which account do you need?

  • Nuagerie Client Area: view the services and support requests your user is permitted to access. Your email address identifies you; this does not make the password the same as your mailbox password. See our Client Area sign-in guide.
  • cPanel: manage files, domains, databases and other available features of a hosting account. Use the account for the relevant service. Our cPanel access guide explains secure sign-in routes.
  • Email mailbox: read or send messages for a specific address through webmail or an application. For a separate mailbox hosted in cPanel, use its own credentials. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mail uses that service’s access, even when the domain or website is with Nuagerie.
  • WordPress or another application: edit website content and settings using an account within that application. Access to the hosting panel does not replace user-role management inside the website.

Start from a trusted address

For Nuagerie services, open your Client Area from the official address. For cPanel or webmail, use the HTTPS address confirmed for your service. A shortcut between interfaces does not mean they share a password. Stop if your browser displays a certificate warning.

Recover the right access

Choose the process for the account involved: reset Client Area access from its sign-in page, recover your cPanel password, or manage the mailbox in cPanel when it hosts that email service. For an application, use its recovery process or ask its administrator for help.

If a colleague needs to work on your service, define the task and required permissions instead of sharing your main login. Our collaboration access guide distinguishes the available tools.

Unsure which account to use? Contact Nuagerie with the service, sign-in address and displayed message, without including a password or verification code. Our team can help identify the right access and the checks needed.
